Bekir Karaoglan: vocals, keys
Bekir is a breath-taking musician; he is the front man of the band, plays brilliant piano, keyboards, violin and Ney (Arabian flute). His stunning voice hypnotizes the audience and drives the music into mystical fields. Bekir´s father used to be a singer in Turkish bars and casinos and took his young son to concerts and session. In the beginning Bekir was a Rapper and Streetdancer, then learnt to play piano. Then the violin. Then his own studio. He played his first turkish wedding in 1997. This is were he learnt about the endless variety of the turkish dance and folkmusic. Bekir, despite his young years, has already built up an excellent reputation as a musician, singer and producer. He performs regularly in Berlin´s hottest clubs. As a producer Bekir worked with Waldemar Bastos (string arrangements), Üstad Levent Yildirim (whole album), Ayaz Kapli, Killa Hakan (whole album "semt semt sokak") and others.

Guitar player of the cult band "Rumi Music" from Teheran, Specialist for Persian music, was one of the first Musicians, who started the musical underground movement in Teheran. Born in Teheran, Iran Babak buit his first band Meera together with the singer Farzam Rahimi. 1996 through Jam-Sessions the Band JAM was born and recorded their Songs. Because of some political reasons in Iran, the Album was never allowed to be published. 1997 he joined the Band Rumi as a guitarist and published one Record. 2003 the band Arian, the most famous Pop band among Iranian, which published inside of Iran. 2004 The Band O-Hum (very famous Underground band) asked him to join them.
O-Hum is not allowed to publish any music in Iran, but after 2004, when he moved to Berlin, they made a second record which was published through a record company in Canada. During his Teheran years he worked in "Bam Ahang Music Studio" and as Music Composer & Producer for Documentary-films and TV commercials in "Did Company"

Andreas Advocado: bass
Bass player and Mr. Funk himself. Played and still plays in countless bands abroad and in Germany like Zsa Zsa Buschkow, Shank, Tanmoy Bose, Richard Howell, Sultana, Aziza-A. and many more. Advocado works as a bass player and Producer in Berlin, New York and Istanbul, in the field of Jazz-, HipHop- and World Music. He entered the stage as the singer and bass player as a 14 years old musical greenhorn. By the age of 17 he studied Music at the Düsseldorf Music Conservatory and became a well demanded Session-Musician in the surrounding of Nena, Kraftwerk and Müller-Westernhagen". Traveling all over North America, he learned to play Jazz Music in New York, Chicago and Los Angeles.
In 1988 Advocado moved to Berlin and bekame a member of the acclaimed Popband "Brand New Toy" and started his own projects "Zsa Zsa Buschkow" and "Advocados", Berlins first Acid-Jazz Band. In 1992 he traveled to Brazil and learned a lot about brazilian music and Latin Rhythm. With his Free-Drum&Bass-Electro-House Band "Shank" he played at the "Atlantic Bell Jazz Festival" in New York. Various other festivals all over Europe followed. In 2001/2002 he produced Aziza´s second Album ("Kendi Dünyam") together with Turgay and Boris Meinhold (Micatone) and toured with the live-Band all over the world: Hong Kong, Azorian Islands, all of Europe. In 2003 Advocado was invited for a tour in India with Ravi Shankar´s tabla player Tanmoy Bose´s Taal Tantra, a forteen piece band with musicians from all over India, Europe and Brazil.
