Boobinga - didgeridoo 'n' electric bass
DEUTSCHE VERSION
Boobinga are Didge'n'Bass and play Didge'n'Bass! The Didgeridoo as the oldest wind instrument worldwide is unusually used as drums in combination with the Bass working as a guitar. The Bass proves as an electric sound effect like this and the Didge as a singer.

Boobinga - didgeridoo 'n' electric bass
Both talented soloists Marc Miethe and the E-Bass player Armin Metz as a duo explore new aspects with their instruments and discover unexpected sounds and grooves among Ambient, Funk and Jazz to dance to. Armin Metz and Marc Miethe approve the special emphasis given to Bass and Didgeridoo in this exceptional combination as a contribution to music history instead of playing the instruments only as accompanying instruments.

Since June 1997 Boobinga surprises the audience by its remarkable variety of sounds in such a voluminous manner one could overlook that they are only two musicians performing.

Optional casted with percussionist allrounder David Kuckhermann, Boobinga found its congenial trio partner in 2005 with whom they encourage their audience to dance to. The experienced groove creators of several projects in Jazz, Club and Worldmusic convinced their adherents even as soloists.
